Read below for a message from Harriette Palmer, Associate Director of NSU's ADVANCE Program:

Northwestern State University’s ADVANCE Program for Young Scholars (ADVANCE) is proudly celebrating its 32nd year of challenging honors, gifted, and/or talented students this July!  Our dates are July 5 – 25, 2020, and the attached two-sided flyer provides basic information.  While the flyer lists course names, the ADVANCE Program’s website, http://advance.nsula.edu, has a PDF link that provides full course descriptions for all of the fabulous classes being offered this summer.  It is my hope that by providing flyers early in our registration period, some students at your school will have time to apply and/or be considered for financial aid if necessary.

Our application and financial aid deadline dates are easily located on the flyer.  However, some courses will be full by the deadline dates, so students should apply early!

We often have students from your school who attend ADVANCE, and they are well prepared and excel in our program.
Please let me know if you have questions, and I hope you will inform students and their parents about Northwestern State’s ADVANCE Program!
